I am very excited to announce that Caroline Weatherhead has accepted the position of Manager of Operations and Member Services for CAGFO.
Caroline has an extensive background in project management, strategic planning, financial management, and collaborative partnership development. Her experience ranges from Director of Operations for the Rethink Thinking Foundation, a non-profit organization created for teenagers who haven’t yet discovered purpose in their lives and who want to reach, their highest potential, doing meaningful work and living fulfilling lives, to Event Coordinator for the 55+ Lifestyle Show for a number of years in Victoria. She has also been the HR & Administration Manager for Wideglide Entertainment – Laketown Ranch where she oversaw the human resource program for many large scale festivals.
She is also an avid volunteer for the Power of Hope Society, a non-profit organization that delivers arts-based experiential learning programs to teens from diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Caroline lives in Victoria with her two teenage children and is very excited to start her new role with CAGFO on December 1, 2018.
