Who can be a member?
We welcome new members. Anyone who works in or who has an interest in Canadian Government Finance may become a “Member”, whether you are a practitioner, auditor, consultant or supplier.
What is the cost?
There is no charge for membership.
What are the benefits of membership?
Members get to participate in shaping the organization by completing surveys, voting for the board of Directors and participating in networking groups. You will also be eligible for member offers and have the option of receiving weekly notifications of job postings.
What if I am already a member of another organization?
We work closely with all the other associations that also serve Government Finance Officers in the public service. We complement rather than compete with them and most of our members are also members of their provincial and international associations.
How do I become a member?
To become a member, you must apply and be approved by the board. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and write “I wish to become a member of CAGFO” in the subject line. Make sure you include full name, organization and position (Your signature block is fine).
