Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Canadian Association of Government Finance Officers (CAGFO) will take place ‘virtually’ on October 1, 2021 at 11:15am ET.

Notice is also given that matters to be brought before the meeting include the following:

  1. Approval of minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Members on September 16, 2020.
  2. President’s Report
  3. Treasurer’s Report
    1. Financial statements and Report of Auditor
    2. Appointment of Auditor for the 2022 fiscal year
  4. Approval of By Laws
  5. Election of Directors
