Martha Jones Denning is a Principal with the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) of Canada.

She has been developing public sector financial reporting standards for over 27 years, leading projects to create many standards in the Public Sector Accounting Handbook.  Examples include:  Senior Government Reporting Model and Tangible Capital Assets and the existing Conceptual Framework.

In addition, she is the Secretary of PSAB’s Public Sector Accounting Discussion Group, which discusses in a public forum application issues with public sector accounting standards, emerging issues and issues on which PSAB requests advice.
