Sam Weller is the recipient of the 2021 CAGFO Lifetime Achievement Award. Sam has contributed over 50 years to local government finance through the various roles he’s held with municipalities, consulting and teaching. He is a founder of CAGFO, formally known as GFOA Western Canada, and has been instrumental in growing the organization and membership to the successful association it is today. Sam continues to serve as an advisor to the CAGFO Board and his knowledge, generosity and commitment to the association is remarkable. CAGFO is honoured to present the Lifetime Membership Award to Sam Weller. Congratulations Sam!
