Communicating in a Virtual, In person and Hybrid Workplace

Leadership, CRC February 17, 2022 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET CPD hours: 2 Cost:      $235 plus tax Members     $280 plus tax Non-members Summary: Communication takes on a whole new meaning when you are not face to face.  Team members need to understand the channels of communication available and then choose the right channel for the tasks at hand.  In this presentation, participants will learn strategies and skills to adapt to working remotely while remaining as an intact team. The objectives of the workshop sessions are:

  • To learn how to utilize unique virtual team member’s working styles to promote productivity
  • To learn approaches to motivate and recognize virtual team performance
  • To understand and employ virtual meeting etiquette and guidelines for safe and productive meetings
  • To effectively manage communication, performance, and behaviours on remote teams
  • To learn effective communication skills to work effectively with others
  • To put the concepts into practice through case studies

This seminar will also include discussion and strategies on communication when transitioning back to the office full time or hybrid
