Craig is a partner with Hemson Consulting and directs its Municipal Finance practice. The Toronto-based firm specializes in providing planning and finance advice to public sector clients in Ontario and increasingly across Canada.

Craig has over 25 years of experience and holds an M. Phil degree in Political Economics from the University of Glasgow and a B.A. in Economics from Queen’s University.  His areas of expertise include economic and financial impact modeling and analysis, local government policy and asset management plans.  He is also a lecturer at the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Ryerson University.
